Orders usually ship the same day or the next business day. Standard shipping arrives in 3 to 7 business days, and expedited shipping arrives in 2 to 3 business days.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order leaves our hands.

Your tracking number is included in your shipping confirmation email. Just click the link for real-time updates.

Standard shipping is free on orders over seventy-five dollars and four dollars and ninety-five cents for orders under seventy-five dollars. Expedited shipping is fourteen dollars and ninety-five cents for all orders.

We do. Please allow a little extra time for delivery.

Currently, we only ship within the United States.

We offer free returns on unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items within 30 days of delivery. Final sale items are not eligible. Please note that original shipping charges are not refundable.

Email us at customerservice@tupelohoneystyle.com with your order number, name, address, and reason for return. We will reply within 3 business days with a prepaid return label and instructions.

Yes, you can. To request an exchange for a different size or color, email us at customerservice@tupelohoneystyle.com. Once confirmed, send the item back with the tags attached and we will ship your new item after processing.

We are very sorry. Please contact us at customerservice@tupelohoneystyle.com within 7 days of delivery with a description and photo of the issue and we will make it right.
